  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 4 of Term 2.

    On Tuesday I believe we will be able to bake and you are able to modify your baking, to see if you can improve on your first try. You are trying to make your baking match the attributes you listed with your brief in the assessment booklet (this is needed for Beyond).

    On Thursday I will be away on a training course, so you can document your findings in the assessment journal, add your photos as well as continue working on the ingredients and their functions.

    Success Criteria: I can/have...

    • completed another baking trial 
    • documented my findings in the assessment journal
    • continue to document my ingredients and their functions


    IMPORTANT DATE: 

    Assessment is due Tuesday, 1st June 2021, 3pm (WEEK %)
