  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 3 of Term 2. 

    Last week most of you were able to trial your baking. On Tuesday reflect on how you went. Do you want to change any ingredients, any quantities or any methods? Did you achieve the attributes you were hoping for? Maybe have a look at some other recipes for the same product. Are they similar or different? In what way? For what purpose? Plan for trial 2.

    On Thursday you have Careers Day, so I will not see you.

    Next week I am hoping to bake with you on Tuesday, please watch your emails on Monday for room change notices!
