  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 11 of Term 1.

    This week we are reviewing the different baking methods. If we have time, we will also be looking at the assessment journal. In your team you will start to decide on one item to bake and forward the recipe to the teacher.

    For our practical session, we will be making chocolate biscuits using the creaming method.
