Kia ora...and welcome to Week 8 of Term 1. This week we are looking at the next baking ingredients and their functions: Sugars and Fats. As a practical lesson we will be making Anzac Biscuits as you might want to make them for Anzac Day in April and it uses sugar and fat in the recipe.
