Kia ora 8F1, this week we will be continuing with term 2's context Superstars and will be focusing on improving your strength and fitness in preparation for your practical assessment outlined below.
These are the assessment standards that we will be working towards in PE this term.
Movement skills (4B1)
Demonstrate consistency and control of movement in a range of situations.

We will do a number of activities in week 10 & 11 to prepare you for this assessment

- Beep test, plank, push up's, wall catch and agility run
- Cross country course and strength exercise

- Tuesday in Gym : Speedball & Cross Country course
- Thursday: on Courts: Beep test, wall catch
- Friday on courts: Agility, push up and plank tests
