Dear all,
Welcome to 7F2MAT20 class!
I am Mr Chen.
My email address is nchen@mhjc.school.nz if there is a need to contact me.
The main structure of the course will be posted on this website, and learning will be supplemented with learning activities and additional resources in the classroom.
Homework will be set from Maths Buddy once ready, and you may also have additional homework from class.
As maths is similar to language learning, regular practice is highly recommended. It is an expectation that maths is practiced everyday, whether in class or at home.
You will need to be prepared for learning by bringing your workbook, writing instruments, a scientific calculator, and a charged laptop to class. As maths is a skill, or even a type of kungfu. All "working out" will still be done in your workbook.
I look forward to working with you through our Maths journey and helping you explore this subject to your full potential.
Kind regards,
Mr Chen
