  • Kiaora and welcome to Week 1 of Term 2!

    I have randomly checked the worksheets from previous weeks and have sadly noticed there are quite a few gaps. Please try and keep up with the work during class time and take notes. Term 1 was to mainly help you build up your understanding of ingredients and their functions to make it easier for you to be successful in Year 11 at OSC if you chose to take Food Technology.

    Please use the time this week to catch up on previous worksheets as well as the worksheet I uploaded before the holidays (a couple have already completed this, well done!). I will give you new work next week and in the mean time I will continue to check online to ensure you are catching up.
