    FOCUS / ARONGA learning intentions:

    Kia ora Year 8! This is our last week on training before we have our fitness assessment.

    Our Sessions will go as follows

    Session 1: Cross country- focus around endurance.

    Session 2: Circuit work out- focus around core strength

    Session 3: Prison break- focus around interpersonal skills
