    Session one: We are focusing on improving our fitness tests scores from week 1 and 2!

    Task: Can you beat yourself! Its challenge week! 

    Your first challenge for the week is can you beat yourself!  You will be completing  all the fitness tests we did in week one and week two. I have returned your fitness progress logs to you. Your aim is to improve on your test results from last time. Record all your scores in week 5 column.

    Hopefully all the training you have been doing in lockdown pays off


    Session two: We are focusing on who is 8F2 superstar!

    Task: Who is the superstar…..

    This session is all about finding our superstar. We will compete in the following fitness tests!

    •  Football juggling

    • Speed bounce

    • 10m sprint

    • Push ups

    • Sit ups

    • Wall catch

    • Plank

    • Handstand

    • Shuttlecock throw

    • Wall sit


    Session three: We are focusing on improving our interpersonal skills and relationships with each other.

    Thoukball: focusing on relationships with one another and interpersonal skills.
