  • Kia ora 7C1, this week and for the remainder of the term we will be focussing on fitness testing and movement skills. 

    Success Criteria: 

    Movement skills (4B1)

    • Demonstrate consistency and control of movement in a range of situations.


    • You have practiced movement skills 

     (Level  2/3)

    • You have  developed movement skills

    • You have demonstrated control of movement skills

  • You have performed consistent control of movement skills


  • I have learnt and demonstrated the correct techniques for the following fitness tests by achieving determined standards by the end of week 12 (this is week 11)

    Beyond: 10.5 seconds or less

    Above: 10.6 - 11.5 seconds

    AT: 11.6 - 13 seconds
