    To be completed throughout the week: pick 1 activity each from your journal under the headings Mental/ Emotional, Social and Spiritual to complete this week and record in your log/ journal. - please share your journal with me by 3pm on Friday 1 May

    This week we are focussing on building core and overall body strength

    1. Do 3 rounds with 60 secs break in between each set

    Each set consists of:

    1. Crab walk - 45 sec’s

    2. Long bear crawl - 45 secs

    3. Mountain Climbers - 45 secs

    4. Prone up-downs - 45 secs

    2. Do 3 rounds with 60 secs break in between each set

    Each set consists of:

    1. Throw and get up x 10

    2. Single leg tug of war x 10

    3. Paper-Scissors-Rock see saw x 10

    3. Do the 5 Star push up challenge

    Friday 1 May

    1. Do 3 rounds of the Ground Rush Challenge Card with 60 seconds break in between


    2. Do the 5 Star push up challenge

    See how many levels you can do. try and improve your result from yesterday.

    3. Complete the following challenge
