    This week we continue our learning through our online journal, I will update it as we go to make the slides more specific to your timetabled lessons. 

    To be completed throughout the week: pick 1 activity each from your journal under the headings Mental/ Emotional, Social and Spiritual to complete this week and record in your log/ journal.

    1. We are going to be exploring our current level of fitness in 7 different tests! Record your results of the google doc which is your own personal fitness log. This can be found on the google classroom! (Only you and I will be able to see your results, progress and pictures)

    • How many press ups can you do in 60 seconds?

    • How many sit ups can you do in 60 seconds?

    • How long can you hold a plank for?
