  • Kia ora Year 9, well done on your performances last week in 100m and 200m. This week I would like you to reflect on what you think work well in building up to the 100m and 200m and what you would have changed! We will be moving onto Shot Put this week.

    • I can select the correct training method to suit my event in Athletics.

    • I can reflect on my performance and make changes to my training plan to improve performance.
