  • Kia ora 9F1 and welcome back! Im super excited to finally have the chance to teach you guys this year! From what I hear you are a super sporty class and look forward to having some fun and laughs with you all this year.

    This term we are focusing around building our interpersonal skills so that we have a strong functional class. 

    AOs covered this term:

    Relationships

    • Identify the effects of changing situations, roles, and responsibilities on relationships and describe appropriate responses.

    Interpersonal skills

    • Describe and demonstrate
    a range of assertive communication skills and processes that enable them to interact appropriately with other people.

    Learning Intention:

    We are learning to develop our interpersonal skills and relationships with one another

    Success Criteria:

    - I can identify what are the key aspects that make a functional team member

    -I can describe different ways I can communicate with different team members to ensure everyone has a voice

    -I can explain different roles within and responsibilities within my group

    -I can apply appropriate responses and assertive communication to creating a game and teaching the class
