  • Kia ora...and welcome to Week 4 of Term 1. 

    On Monday we will be making our next finger food which is sushi. Sushi are easy to make, they are popular and healthy.

    On Thursday we will be finishing off why portion size is important and then we will be looking at how to calculate food costs. Please let me know if you do not understand the conversions from last week as everything will be building upon this.
