Learning Intention:
- How to keep active by participating in a range of different activities
- Learn about the Whare Tapa Whā model HAUORA (Physical, Mental / Emotional, Social and Spiritual) and how your activity/task fits within each dimension.
Success Criteria:
- Participate in a range of physical activities
- Record your physical activity/task in your journal and how it related to the HAUORA model
