    Kia Ora Y7. This week, we reading about the 'Maori Cultural Celebrations' in New Zealand. Also we are reading about the 'Winter Celebrations' around the world. Also we are summarising the articles and presenting them to the class.

    Reading about Maori cultural celebrations in New Zealand.

    Reading about Winter Celebrations around the world.

    Summarising the articles in our own words and presenting to the class.

    Focus: 

    -We are FOCUSING on developing a script for the culture performance showcase.

    -We are FOCUSING on identifying different cultural celebrations for events.

    Learning Intentions: 

    We are exploring ......the differences between our own and other people's cultural celebrations by comparing and contrasting different cultures.
