    this week we take a break from Fitness testing and will spend the next 2 weeks completing Term 1's Interpersonal Skills assessment. Please see the details below, which will be explained in further detail in class this week.

    • You have described and demonstrated some interpersonal skills that help you make safe choices for yourself and others.

  • You have described and demonstrated many interpersonal skills that help you make safe choices for yourself and others.


  • Assessment Task:

    Your assessment will focus on interpersonal skills within a range of selected activities. Your understanding and application of these skills will be assessed in two parts. Firstly in a practical setting and followed up with a verbal reflection. The identified interpersonal skills will be developed through multiple team-building activities and learning opportunities in class.

    1. Demonstrate the interpersonal skills in P.E sessions (Effective communication, Co-operation, Supporting and encouraging others, Inclusiveness, Active participation, Sportsmanship)

    2. Choose two interpersonal skills to reflect on

    3. Identify/describe/explain 

    • Define what the skill is

    • How you demonstrated your skill

    • How it enhances positive relationships.
