Section outline

  • Kia ora 8M1

To start your on-line learning, we are going to be exploring our current level of fitness in 7 different tests! Record your results of the google doc which is your own personal fitness log. This can be found on the google classroom! (Only you and I will be able to see your results, progress and pictures)

For our Focus each session you will have a main fitness task and a specialist fitness task (focusing on the words of the week). You will need to take a picture of yourself completing the workout and upload it to your fitness log!

There is a challenge of the week. Complete this and upload a video to your  personal fitness log

It is also very important to look after your well-being and track how you are doing and keeping your Hauora in balance! Please update your weekly (you can do it daily if you would like) well-being log, the link is through 8M1’s Google Classroom page

Let's get fit, stay happy & balanced, have fun and explore!!!
