    I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you all a bit better over this past week and have been impressed by your positive spirit and willingness to take on new challenges and activities. This week we will be playing a range of different games to identify and enhance your interpersonal skills. We are working towards your upcoming assessment in week 8 (next week)

    We will continue our focus on ensuring that you are aware of your communication in a group activity and contribution to the activity at hand. There will be time for self reflection at end of the lesson/ activity  to check point the interpersonal skills identified in others and self. 

    The skills that will be assessed through a range of activities are:  Effective communication, co-operation, support & encourage others, inclusiveness, active participation and sportsmanship.

    Success Criteria: I can/have 

    • Demonstrated the six different interpersonal skills
    • Participate in a game of multi sport, group soccer and basket ball challenges.
    • Demonstrate listening skills/concentration, coordination, effective communication and working together.

    Activities:

    1. Multi sport game in assigned groups, followed by whole class game of soccer/ basketball
    2. Play a relay game based on soccer and basket ball in assigned teams
