- We are EXPLORING...How understanding Fitness can contribute to ones well-being
PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:
- We are PLANNING... so that we can...create a personal exercise programme. The programme development will be at the conclusion of fitness testing and subsequent SMART goals setting.
FOCUS / ARONGA learning intentions:
- We are FOCUSING...on practical/factual aspects of fitness programming and you will also be able to put your knowledge to use through the completion of the tough Guy/Gal challenge in September.
