Assessment #2 Y10 PEH

During term 2 and 3 in PEH we have been exploring the context of a ‘Sport - A Language for Change’.  We have been working with other curriculum areas to identify barriers and increase participation.  During PEH you will take part in a series of athletics events and we will have a discussion about the barriers and how to reduce these.  You will also reflect on your own participation and contribution during class activities.  We are also focusing on skill analysis of throwing and jumping activities and how the key components build to the success in the performance of a skill.

Your assessment task

You are required to:

• participate in a series of athletics activities demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude.

• Analyse a skill in athletics providing some detail on the key components of the skill.
