- We are FOCUSING on using the correct structure of writing by choosing and selecting vocabulary to sequence our ideas
- We are FOCUSING on using visual text elements by describing our scenes and identifying camera techniques/angles
Activities:
Students organise their groups of 3, they brainstorm storyboard ideas in English Book.
Draft out their plan in 6 boxes in their English Books.
Hand out Storyboard template to record their story ideas in sentences with illustrations, and choice of camera angle/shot. (Use of correct punctuation in writing)
Look at examples of student work. -

- We are PLANNING to apply our storyboard skills so that we can create a movie.
- We are PLANNING to collaborate our ideas so that we can produce and present our movie.
- We are PLANNING to share our ideas so that we can apply our film techniques/ camera angles and shots.
Students are working to groups to finish their Storyboard plan on teaching a new skill, this week. They will make and produce their video in groups, with effects such as voiceover, music.
