  • 18 May - 24 May

    Welcome back everyone!!!

For those of you already in a duologue - get together and do some read throughs - reminding yourselves of your roles.

If you are doing a monologue - pair up with someone else doing a monologue, and read though.

If you don't have a script - we will choose one by the end of this week.

  • 25 May - 31 May

    Hi guys,

This week we focus on getting our lines memorised.

You have three techniques to use:

    1.  Doing something else you already know how to do that doesn't require any focus.
eg.  Walking, tossing or dribbling an imaginary ball, washing dishes et.

    2.  Rule of three - read three times out loud.  Say three times without looking.  Keep adding on.

    3.  Hold to the left and slightly up.

You can also try saying in in different accents or emotions.

Every session you should set a goal - how many lines will you have memorised by the end of the session.

  • 1 June - 7 June

Continue using different memorising methods to help with lines.

Begin blocking with groups that have memorised most of their lines.

I will work with 4ish groups each session.

If I am not working with you, you need to get to a level with your lines where I will work with you next session on your blocking.
