    Hope you all had a great break! This week you will be solving some problems on time and working on your Numeracy certificate.

    Achievement Objectives

    • Read and interpret everyday statements involving time. p 270-280).  Level 3
    • Show analogue time as digital time and vice versa. (p 281-287).      Level 3
    • Demonstrate knowledge of basic units of temperature. (p 294-295) Level 3
    • Perform calculations with time including 24 hour clock time.(p 284-293) Level 4

    • use analogue and digital clocks to measure time
    • convert analogue and digital time expressions
    • estimate, then time practical events – especially seconds with accuracy
    • explore and compare change-growth (line graphs)
    • read and interpret 12 and 24 hour clock time
