    My name is Mrs Priest and I will be your Hospitality teacher this year. I am looking forward to meeting you on Thursday as Monday was Teacher Only Day.

    On Thursday we will do some get to know you activities and go over my expectations when doing practicals.

    On Monday you will be making Calzone and on Thursday we will learn about what gluten is and how to cost a recipe. You will also inform me of what muffin recipe you would like to try for selling.
