Kia ora Year 9 Music
I hope you enjoy this year as you learn a range of musical skills and styles and being or continue to develop your work on an instrument.
This year we will be covering a range of topics - from music history (including NZ Music in May for New Zealand Music Month), music theory, performance and more.
In Term One we will start by exploring the MUSICAL ELEMENTS through a range of activities. As part of this we will be developing our keyboard or fretboard skills as well as getting used to using our bodies and voices to feel the music.
