    • Kia ora Year 7! This week you will be putting your knowledge around Hauora and putting it into a poster! You will be working in pairs. This will be used as resources for next years year 7!

    • Kia ora 7F1! Last term we began to look into different athletics events. This term we are going to really focusing on improving our skills. Our outcome for this will be participating in the school Athletics!! Lets keep the Athletics shield!!

      This week we are going to be looking into the throwing events shot put and discus.

      Learning Intention:

      We are learning to develop our skills around Throwing

      Success Criteria:

      I can identify the difference between Discus and Shot Put

      I can describe the different techniques between Discus and Shot Put

      I can apply this knowledge around the different techniques to participate in the Athletics events of Discus and Shot Put

      I can evaluate my technique for both Discus and Shot up and make changes to improve my technique
