    This week in Health we are going to focus on looking into Spiritual well being. Through this we are going to develop an affirmation card where we can all write something about each other we really like. We will then glue this into our books so that if we are ever feeling down we can read back over it.

    We are also going to continue to develop our skills in Kilikiti.

    I really loved last weeks health session and the way you all took time to write really kind words about one another.

    This week we are going to be looking into Mental and emotional well being.

    We are going to go on a walk to Pt View reserve and sit up in nature and listen to the birds and the sounds to relax us.

    • We are PLANNING a trip to the museum so that we can expand our knowledge of the Pasifika.

    This week we will be doing the final prep for the museum trip which is in week 1 on term 2. This will finish off the context for term 1.

    We will be also having a bit of fun this week with a class challenge week. We will be challenging other year 9 classes with different games.
