• We are EXPLORING...how our body supports us by observing and classifying the bones of the human body

Kia ora year 7's and welcome to week 11! This week we are finishing off the term by looking at the cells in our blood, and beginning to investigate the cardiovascular system

Success Criteria: 

• I can name the 3 components of the blood made in the bone marrow
• I can describe the function of the red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets
• I can explain why our heart rate increases during exercise
• I can measure my heart rate
