    • We are FOCUSING..tides so that we can understand the relation of the moon to the earth and the effects on the planet. 
      SC:

      1. Draw and label the map of NZ including the surrounding oceans.

      2. Identify the average temperatures of the oceans.

      3. Explain what causes high and low tides.
