    EXPLORE / TŪHURA learning intentions:

    Context: "Mana Whakatipu'

    Whakataukī: "Tiakina te whenua o ō tūpuna"
    Metaphorical: Mine is the land of my ancestors.
    Literal: This whakatauki refers to care for the land of your ancestors. It explains that we have a responsibility for our land and environment, and that this is not an 'optional' responsibility.
