    FOCUS / ARONGA

    FOCUS / ARONGA learning intentions:

    • We are FOCUSING...on Film Study by developing our understanding of different aspects of film-making through the film ‘Zathura: A Space Adventure’ such as Story/Plot,Themes, Characterisation Dialogues, Camera Angles, Camera Shots Camera- Movements, Editing , Music, Sound, Setting and Makeup etc.
    • We are FOCUSING... on Written/Visual Language Features and Skills by showing an understanding of how to shape texts for different audiences and purposes
    • We are FOCUSING... on Written/Visual Language Features and Skills by selecting, developing and communicating purposeful ideas on a range of topics.
    • We are FOCUSING... on Written/Visual Language Features and Skills by organising texts, using a range of appropriate, effective structures.

    Activities: 

    -Showing our understanding about the aspects of film-making such as Story/Plot,Themes, Characterisation Dialogues, Camera Angles, Camera Shots Camera- Movements, Editing , Music, Sound, Setting and Makeup etc.

    -Brainstorming the ideas for our film story.
