Term 4 CONTEXT - Game of Life
MONDAY - Health - Sexuality
Last week, we looked at the male and female reproductive systems.
Today, we will look at the female reproductive cycle - periods, period products, period poverty (as an international health issue), conception, pregnancy
WEDNESDAY - Practical (bring your gear) - Kapau
We will begin to look at summer sports.
THURSDAY - Health - Fitness Industry
We will continue with the below and the two accompanying documents on your google classroom. Once, you have gained the below information, you will be applying to a professional athlete.
1.) Components of Fitness (COF) - (1) body composition, (2) flexibility, (3) muscular strength, (4) muscular endurance, and (5) cardiorespiratory endurance
