    REFLECT / WHAIWHAKAARO learning intentions:

    Kia ora 7F2.  This week we will be finishing and submitting our Assessment 2 maths task to MH Online as a pdf document, before we start our Term 4 'Celebrations & Festivals' context.  Please remember to cook your spaghetti at home and insert your 3 photos onto your document by Thursday, so your can complete any finishing touches and upload during FFR time this Friday.

    • Identify types of quadrilaterals
    • Calculate the area of a trapezium (for practical application to 'Assessment 2')

    Activities:

    1. Complete and mark 'Numeracy Ninja' activities (Columns 2 and 3) as a class. 
    2. Record LI's and the diagram below in the front of exercise books using a pencil and ruler, remembering to include all labels.
    3. Learn how to calculate the area of a trapezium for application to our 'Assessment 2' task on Google Classroom - watch this first video until 1 min 20 seconds.  It shows you what to do.
