    • We are PLANNING to perform in the Tough Guy/ Gal Event

    Kia ora Year 8, this week is the tough guy/ gal!! We also have cross country on Friday! Please check your emails for all the information about tough guy/ gal!

    I can identify different ways to get fit

    I can describe different methods of training

    I can explain how different methods of training are used for different sport

    I can apply different methods of training to a training program in preparation for tough gal/ guy.
