Kia ora Year 8, this week we are going to continue to break down the cross country course to work out where we need to increase our speed and where we need to pace ourselves!
Success criteria
I can identify different ways to get fit
I can describe different methods of training
I can explain how different methods of training are used for different sport
I can apply different methods of training to a training program in preparation for tough gal/ guy.
