    Learning Intention:

    • We are learning the correct technique for our fitness tests (Beep test, Wall catch, Plank, Agility Run, Press Up)
    • To understand the skeletal systems of the body and how they interact to enable movement
    Success Criteria

    • We can demonstrate the correct technique for each fitness test
    • Explain the functions and types of bones in the human body
