- We are FOCUSING on the fitness tests - agility test, beep test, press ups, plank and wall catch
- We are FOCUSING on the bones and muscles of the human body

Learning Intention:
- We are learning the correct technique for our fitness tests (Beep test, Wall catch, Plank, Agility Run, Press Up)
- To understand the skeletal systems of the body and how they interact to enable movement
- We can demonstrate the correct technique for each fitness test
- Explain the functions and types of bones in the human body
