Learning Intention:
- We are learning the correct technique for our fitness tests (Beep test, Wall catch, Plank, Agility Run, Press Up)
- To understand the muscular and skeletal systems of the body and how they interact to enable movement
- We can demonstrate the correct technique for each fitness test
- Label the human skeleton
Activities:
