    This term for our context we will be looking at survival skills, human anatomy and fitness testing.

    Learning Intention:

    • We are learning the correct technique for our fitness tests (Beep test, Wall catch, Plank, Agility Run, Press Up)
    Success Criteria

    • We can demonstrate the correct technique for each fitness test
