- We are EXPLORING the context of Develop, Do, change by identifying the different food groups that make up a healthy meal plan and discover the health contents of the nutrients that it provides.
- We are EXPLORING the context of Develop, Do, Change by listing what major food groups that we commonly consume, and analyse how they influence our physical well being.
Monday- Practical session - Gym
Learning Intention: We are exploring the context of Develop, Do, Change by listing what major food groups that we commonly consume, and analyse how they influence our physical well being.
Please meet in class before heading down to the gym. We will be doing another fitness programme. Please do not forget your full PE gear.
Wednesday- In class session
Learning Intentions-We are exploring the context of Develop, Do, change by identifying the different food groups that make up a healthy meal plan.Today I will be introducing FIBRE.
Success Criteria:
By the end of this lesson you will know and understand:
- what fibre is and why it is important in a healthy diet plan.
- where to find fibre in your foods.
