I can select the correct training method to suit my event in Athletics.
I can reflect on my performance and make changes to my training plan to improve performance.

- We are FOCUSING on enhancing our skills in one selected sport
- We are FOCUSING on using statistics to identify players that are performing well to put into our fantasy team
- We are FOCUSING on selecting a skill and researching how to perform that skill to a high standard
