Kia ora Year 10, well done on your performances last week in 100m and 200m. This week I would like you to reflect on what you think work well in building up to the 100m and 200m and what you would have changed! We will be moving onto Shot Put this week.

I can select the correct training method to suit my event in Athletics.
I can reflect on my performance and make changes to my training plan to improve performance.

- We are FOCUSING on enhancing our skills in one selected sport
- We are FOCUSING on using statistics to identify players that are performing well to put into our fantasy team
- We are FOCUSING on selecting a skill and researching how to perform that skill to a high standard
