  • Kia ora Year 10, this week you are going to be developing your own training method for Athletics. You need to put into place a training plan and then begin your training. Hopefully we will be able to see success through Athletics day next term.

    Students are learning to use different fitness components

    Success criteria

    • I can identify the different training methods.

    • I can select the correct training method to suit my event in Athletics.

    • I can reflect on my performance and make changes to my training plan to improve performance.

      • We are FOCUSING on enhancing our skills in one selected sport
      • We are FOCUSING on using statistics to identify players that are performing well to put into our fantasy team
      • We are FOCUSING on selecting a skill and researching how to perform that skill to a high standard
