Asking & Saying someone's age
To ask someone how old they are we ask:
E hia ō tau? How old are you? (Literally: How many years are you?)
E tekau ma tahi aku tau. I am 11 years old
As in the example above, to answer, we replace the question word 'hia' with the number of years.
