- add and subtract fractions with the same denominator

- understand how decimals are written
- understand place value of decimals

- add and subtract decimals
- multiply and divide decimals by 10, 100, 1000
- describe the chance or likelihood of outcomes happening
- describe the likelihood of an event as a fraction or percentage
