Activities:
- Complete health slide number 6 - Evaluate food choices.
- Fitness - Stride outs 20m x 5 and 40m x 2
- Hitting striking - Hockey drills, Tennis - consolidate the forehand shot.
Follow Up Tasks:
Go for a run in own time.Perfect the drills and start playing adaptive games.
