    Activities:

    2. What does expanding mean? What do you think it means in Algebra?(Give example of an algebraic expression with single brackets)
    3. The distributive law - To understand expansion through conceptualisation
    4. Teacher works out a step by step example on the board. Work out one question together with the class with students guiding the Teacher through the steps
    5. Practice questions
    6. Extension - Expansion with double brackets and three brackets
