Activities:

1. Watching "Seaspiracy" along with a comprehension activity
2. Pull inspiration from the theatre show "The Marine Team" 
3. Create a skit for a younger audience that focuses on communicating a scientific idea

• We are FOCUSING on developing our microscope skills so that we can identify cell organelles and plant microscopic structures
• We are FOCUSING on developing our ability to interpret our observations and communicating them using scientific conventions
• We are FOCUSING on identifying and organising several plant systems and cellular structures

PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:

• We are PLANNING to construct a collaborated presentation so that we can summarise demonstrate our understanding of ecology, and apply it to marine ecology.
